Step 1 Exploring over-the-counter derivatives
Over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives are contracts that are privately negotiated and traded directly between two parties, outside of formal exchanges. These derivatives are customised to meet the specific needs of the parties involved.
Ensure that you engage with a licensed onshore financial institution that can act as a counterparty for your OTC trades.
